Abhinav joined the business in 2022 and is now Operations Manager in the UK, having previously served as Membership Officer and Operations & Membership Manager at an affiliated organisation.
Abhinav has expertise across a broad range of association matters, including supervising a membership team responsible for supporting approximately 500 members, analysing engagement and growth statistics, and managing and modifying database system.
His work focused on strengthening member retention, improving the member experience, and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.
Abhinav is leading Governology’s UK growth in a multi-faceted role, covering webinars, event content, event logistics, and sponsorship.
