Rodney Cox, Managing Director, DELARO

Rodney Cox is the Managing Director of Sydney based DELARO Pty Ltd and provides consulting services for global and national associations who own or bid to host conferences and exhibitions.  

Across twenty seven years and six continents Rodney has delivered expertise and experience supporting the Bidding experience (strategy, issuing, submitting) along the value chain - from professional organiser to global association. This includes guiding associations to “know what they don’t know” when working on a one-off bid to host a rotating regional or global event.

Rodney also works with associations to ensure their events support their broader financial, membership, advocacy, education and risk management objectives.

Rodney is currently working with associations in UK, China, Qatar, Hungary, Italy, Egypt, Korea and Australia.  He lectures in Event Management and speaks at event and association industry conferences globally
