Toby’s career has been in sports and leisure, and he was CMAE’s Education Director prior to being promoted to CEO in 2022.
Issues to be considered in this webinar are:
The difference between a club industry association and a professional association of club managers
CMAE’s globally-recognised Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation
Advantages and disadvantages of association based on activities more than membership subscriptions
Challenges from competition to CMAE’s core education program
Governance pro’s and con’s as a UK-incorporated entity.
This webinar will be a dynamic “fireside chat” with Toby and John Peacock of Governology rather than a formal presentation.
