Constitutions
Associations have their own rules written in their constitution, rules or articles. Whilst being subject to common law and legislation, it is the constitution that defines objects, who can be members, their voting rights, composition of the board, proceedings of General Meetings of members and the like. Having a clear and contemporary constitution will boost your association’s performance.
The team at Governology has successfully worked with hundreds of associations on their constitutions, and can review, amend or craft an appropriate new governing document.
